Price and payment

Your written quote sets out the price, what it includes, the deposit and when the balance is due. See also our licensing, insurance and payment information.

Your route and the weather

A sailing route depends on wind and sea conditions. Your skipper decides each day whether it is safe to sail and may change the order of stops, swap a stop or stay in harbour.

Read more about how weather shapes the route.

Changes and cancellations

What happens if you cancel, or if we change or cancel a departure, is set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

Package travel rules

EU package travel rules (Directive (EU) 2015/2302, as implemented in national law) may apply to some bookings, for example where two or more different types of travel service, such as transport and accommodation, are combined for the same trip. Where they apply, travellers have specific rights, including information before booking, help if something goes wrong and protection of payments if the organiser becomes insolvent.

Responsibilities on board

A yacht is a small shared space at sea. All guests must follow the skipper's safety briefing and instructions, and the house rules on board.

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents. We recommend travel insurance that suits a sailing trip.

Complaints and governing law

If something is wrong during your trip, tell your skipper or contact us at info@croatiasailingweek.com as soon as possible, so we have the chance to put it right.

Tell us your dates, your group size and the islands you would like to see, and we will reply with suitable options and a written quote.
